Water service is available from an existing watermain located <br />in 2nd Ave. SE <br /> <br />9. Sanitary sewer service is available from a sewer line running <br />north-south through the middle of the property. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />The applicant's present request would permit both Phase I and <br />II to be constructed at the same time. The applicant has indicated <br />that mortgage money will only be made available for the larger <br />building. The applicant has further indicated that they must <br />vacate their present location by June 1 and it is imperative <br />that construction being at this site as soon as possible. ~For <br />theoc rg~OOn8, tho applicant haD oought-t~~ <br />CGmmiooion meeting. <br /> <br />The applicant has indicated a desire to expand the building <br />by sections in the future. This future expansion is shown on the <br />plans submitted with the ultimate building and parking spaces <br />labeled. The enclosed <br />landscaping plans show the applicant's intent to install spruce <br />and Russian Olive trees to screen the trucks that would be parked <br />in this area. <br />
