<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CONSIDERATION AND RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />April 19, 1977 <br /> <br />LP-45. Gordon Renderinq <br /> <br />The City Planner reviewed his comments noting that the <br />remaining Type-IV non-conformity would be eliminated by thi~ <br />addition. <br /> <br />Commissioner Doyle asked whether Gordon Rendering was <br />subject to the same type of regulations as the Menge1koch <br />Company. <br /> <br />The City Planner noted that Gordon Rendering is also <br />covered by an Offensive Trades License and is required to con- <br />duct odor emission tests each year. <br /> <br />Motion by Anderson, seconded by Brown, to make the follow- <br />ing Findings of Fact in regard to LP-45: <br /> <br />1. The proposed action is consistent with all applicable <br />code requirements; <br />2. The proposed construction will eliminate the remaining <br />Type-IV non-conformity; <br />3. The submitted plans are complete. <br /> <br />Further it is recommended that LP-45 be approved subject to <br />conformance to the site and landscape plans submitted. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes - Carried <br />
