<br />Aee Multi-Family Housing Officer. City Code chapter 13 allows the
<br />~partment owner to address the City Council via a public hearing if their
<br />license is recommended for revocation or non renewal. The City Council
<br />can revoke or not renew a multi dwelling unit license if the complex has an
<br />average of .5 police or fire calls per dwelling unit during a 6 month period.
