<br />Comments of Commissioner Doyle <br /> <br />August 2, 1977 <br /> <br />New Brighton - Board of Review <br /> <br />LP-52 - MacGillis and Gibbs continued from July 14, 1917. <br /> <br />In July, it was noted that the following information <br />had not been provided by the applicant: <br /> <br />a) current certificate of survey <br />b) topograph <br />c) dimensions <br />d) landscaping information <br /> <br />The only new information is the addition to the rough <br />site plan of information on dimensions. This is still not <br />enough. <br /> <br />Section 10-150 of the New Brighton Ordinances deals with <br />required submissions for site plans. Comparing the plans sub- <br />mitted with 10-150, the following deficiencies are noted: <br /> <br />... <br />,-l 10-150 <br /> <br />,,," <br /> <br />a 1 - Requires that the plan show parking spaces, <br />dimensions of the lot, waste disposal, water <br />supply, ingress and egress. The plan shows <br />none. Without such information, it is not <br />possible to determine if parking require- <br />ments are met. <br /> <br />6 - Requiresplans to show exterior lighting. <br />None is shown. <br /> <br />10-150 <br /> <br />b - Requires landscaping plan. There is none. <br /> <br />d - Requires that plan show 100' beyond the pro- <br />~ perty lines to show location, elevations, <br />streets, etc. None are shown. <br /> <br />e - Requires certificates of registered architect <br />and appropriate engineers. None is provided. <br /> <br />f - Requirescertifi.cates of survey. There are <br />none. <br /> <br />10-150 <br /> <br />- Requires that a performance bond be filed <br />equal to 100% of the cost to complete the <br />plat and landscape. None is provided. <br />
