Ave <br />NW. subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />Conformance with site and landscape plans signed by the <br />architect and the city planner and dated July 26, 1977 <br />4 ayes 0 nayes- carried <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor Bromander directed, with consent of the council that <br />letter of ,resignation f~om Gerald R. Smith, dated July 6, 1977, <br />be received and placed in the minutes. <br />Motion by Hardt, seconded by Fisher to defer action on appointment <br />to Park Board and direct administration to not place this item <br />on ,the agenda for consideration until directed by a councilmember. <br />4 ayes- Onayes-carried <br />
