We had hoped to make this dream a reality on the <br />Griffis Land Site just southwest of New Brighton on <br />Old Highway 8. <br /> <br />J.V1r. Winkles has helpfully informed us that this <br />property was recently put under moratorium. He explained <br />very clearly how concerned the Council is in improving the <br />property, y,Thich in turn will certainly add to the community. <br />We are also concerned about these things. <br /> <br />In keeping with your requirements we will not <br />build closer than 60 feet from the front property line. We <br />will landscape the entire front yard to enhance the beauty <br />of our enterprise, which will certainly attract the eye of <br />paying customers. We will also install a drive with concrete <br />curbing, some type of dustle.ss surface and a parking area at <br />the side and rear o~.the building. <br /> <br />Naturally to do these things it takes time and <br />money, both of which are in short supply as we all know. <br />Mr. Winkles informed~'us that you will allot us a certain <br />
