<br />It <br /> <br />~' I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85~7 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND DENYING VN-241. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for a variance has been made by <br />Thermo King for a seven (7) foot fence in a front yard setback; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That an application for a variance was filed with the <br />City on November 6, 1984. <br />2. That the Planning Commission, pursuant to published and <br />mailed notices, held a public hearing on December 18, <br />1984, all person's present at the hearing were given an <br />opportunity to be heard. <br />That theappl ication for va.r-iance, V.N-241.was reviewed <br />by the City Council on January 8, 1984. <br />That the comments and analysis of staff and the Planning <br />Commission minutes and recommendations were considered. <br /> <br /> <br /> 3. <br /> 4. <br />!
