All Zoning Code r~quirem~nt5 are met in this application <br />e~cept as noted in NC-24. <br />2~ The site and landscape plan art complete. <br /> <br />Previous Council Action: <br />On November 22nd, the Council adopted a resolution approving the <br />app1icant.s non-conforming r~se P'3rmit.. The building permit request <br />was, however, inadverteil'cly lei ~- nff that agenda and as such has <br />not yet been acted on. <br /> <br />As there ,were conditions attached to the non-conforming use permit <br />we would $uggest that ?,ppJ-,oval of the tuildir..; permit be made <br />subject to those same conditions. The non-conforming use permit <br />application was NC-24 and the Resolution approving was No. 1962. <br /> <br />The site and landscape plans for t~is item were received by the <br />council at their October 2'5th meeti.ng. <br />
