Application

Discussion:
Except as noted in VN-176 and NC-25, all code requirements
are met in this application. A survey has been submitted which
conforms to dimensions shown on site plan. The site, landscape
and building plans are complete and contain all required infor-
mation except that grade contours have not been shown. The
applicants have, however, stated that no grade changes are
proposed.

The proposed addition to the greenhouse would provide
space to load delivery vans without the need for merchandise
to be taken outside during winter months.

We would suggest that any recommendation to approve be
conditioned on any conditions as part of VN-176 and NC-25.

p'~nn;ng Commission Consideration and Recommendation (11/15/77)

(See minutes attached to VN-176)
