See enclosed plans <br /> <br />Recent Council Action: <br />The property in question is covered by the Council adopted <br />moratorium ordinance as the Comprehensive Plan designates this <br />property for neighborhood business activities which is the . <br />equivalent of a B-2 zoning classification. At their October 11th <br />meeting the City Council made a finding that the proposed use is <br />consistent with the proposed Comprehensive Plan and, therefore, <br />allows the applicant to make this application for the building <br />permit. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Discussion: <br />As noted above, the request is to construct an office building <br />on a rather long and narrow parcel located immediately west of <br />Erickson's Super Valu on the south side of Mississippi St. This <br />parcel is also immediately east of the 33 foot access driveway <br />servicing the now under construction Rice Creek Shopping Center. <br />The plans submitted indicate that the development will access <br />from this 33 foot driveway and this curb cut has already been <br />provided by Mr. Ernst, developer of the Rice Creek Center. <br />
