Improvement Project. The firm manufactures liquid <br />scales and the use if permitted in a light industrial district. <br /> <br />The plans submitted meet all zoning code requirements. The site <br />plan denotes that a six (6) foot redwood fence will be installed <br />on the southern property line from the rear building line to the <br />eastern property line. The fence is proposed to provide screening <br />of the parking lot from the residential uses to the south of the <br />site. <br /> <br />The concrete curbing indicated on the site plan should be extended <br />to the existing curb along Old Highway #8. The driveway width at <br />the property line is only 11 feet and should be moved to the south <br />to allow for 16 feet at the property line. <br /> <br />The proposal meets all zoning code regulations and contains all <br />necessary information. <br />
