Improvement Project. The firm manufactures liquid <br />sea 1 e san d the use i s perm i t t e din - a 1 i g h tin d u s t ria 1 d i s t r i ct. <br /> <br />The plans submitted meet all zoning code requirements. The site plan <br />denotes that a six (6) foot redwood fence will be installed on the <br />southern property line from the rear building line to the eastern <br />property line. The fence is proposed to provide screening of the <br />parking lot from the residential uses to the south of the site. <br /> <br />The concrete curbing indicated on the site plan should be extended <br />to the existing curb along Old Highway #8. The driveway width at <br />the property line is only 11 feet and should be moved to the south <br />to allow for 16 feet at the property line. <br /> <br />The proposal meets all zoning code regulations and contains all <br />necessary information. <br />
