That the large western area be well-maintained <br />and landscaped to provide screening of the building <br />and parking area; <br />2. That no recreational facilities for the iesidents <br />of the proposed development be closer than 30 feet <br />from the northern or western property lines; <br />3. That any accessory storage buildings if -any shall <br />be behind the building adjacent to the parking area <br />and not be of metal material and also be screened <br />through landscaping; <br />4. The landscape plan should be revised to include <br />plantings in the front and side yards to break up <br />the bulk of the building and-screen the driveway <br />and parking area from the adjacent R-2 dwelling to <br />the east; and <br />5.
