Less than 401 front yard setback (Survey indicated that <br />the setback is approximately 36 feet). <br />2. Less than 15 I side yard setback. <br />3. Front and side street yards are not landscaped. <br />4. Front and side street yards are used for parking. <br />5. Cars are parked within 151 of a street right-of-way. <br />6. There is no concrete curbing around the parking areas <br />in yards abutting the streets. <br />7. There are 3 driveways which service the site while only <br />2 are permitted. <br />8. The northern driveway is 10catB~ less than 501 from the <br />intersection of the street right-of~way. <br />
