Original grade drained to the street across the lot. <br /> <br />1964 CONSTRUCTION CONDITION <br />The 13,800 sq. ft. building was constructed utilizing the existing grade conditions. <br />Parking lots and truck yard areas followed the' existing lot grading. Storm water <br />run followed the original lot' conto1.l.i's and discharges' to the street storm sewer system. <br /> <br />1979 WAREHOUSE ADDITION <br />In 1979 a 3,900 sq. ft . addition was installed over. an existing outside concrete slab <br />and pipe yard. The area was used for outside storage.
