<br />.. <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />Mr. Mark Murlowski <br />Page Two <br />September 2, 1980 <br /> <br />_ Erosion will be controlled and sediment will be <br />contained on the site during construction so that <br />sediment will not be allowed to be deposited in <br />drainageways of the District. <br /> <br />3) Information to be submitted that would show the project <br />in compliance with the above mentioned policies include a <br />Final Site Drainage Plan and supportive design <br />calculations including all of the following information: <br /> <br />_ Undeveloped and developed runoff rates for both a <br />1-year and 100-year return frequency rainfall event. <br /> <br />_ Delineation of the area contributing runoff to the <br />site. <br /> <br />_ Storage volume determination and detention site <br />contours and/or cross-sections. <br /> <br />_ Normal 1-year and 100-year high water elevations <br />for each detention site. <br /> <br />_ Outlet structure details with dimensions and elevations <br />related to MSL datum. <br /> <br />_ Detail of any structure(s) that will provide floatable <br />trash removal and oil recovery capabilities to treat <br />runoff from the 1-year rainfall event. <br /> <br />4) Rough Grading Plan showing existing and proposed contours <br />for the site along with the location and extent of <br />erosion control measures to be provided so that erosion <br />and siltation will be prevented during construction. <br /> <br />Please be advised that no construction operations are authorized <br />without permit approval from the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> <br />Thank you for your cooperation on this matter and the opportunity <br />to review these plans in their preliminary form. <br /> <br />Very truly yours, <br /> <br />EUGENE A.
