Archer <br />city Planner <br />City of New Brighton <br />803 - 5th Ave. N.W. <br />New Brighton, MN 55112 <br /> <br />Dear Joan: ' <br /> <br />In reviewing the information I received from you, I think it is <br />important, that I point out, that in the seventh paragraph of the <br />page dated August 7th, regarding Planning Commission Meeting, the <br />statement appears "the company has no intention of leasing space <br />for manufacturin~ uses". This is incorrect. There will be manu- <br />facturing uses located in these buildings if the plan is approved. <br />However, the use will be primarily office and storage, with some <br />light m~nufacturing. You will recall that at the meeting in Mike <br />Rich's office last spring, Mr. Willmus stated that he would be able <br />to live with all of the accepted uses as outlined in the proposed <br />sensitive industrial district. I believe that we stated that the <br />company has no intention to lease space for heavy manufacturing <br />uses. The word heavy having been omitted from the paragraph in <br />question.
