Storm and sanitary sewer easements and watermain easements not shown. <br />2. Haven't received a current certificate of survey nor topography on 2 foot intervals. <br />'3. Dimensions of drive buildings. <br />4. Written discription of land uses. <br />'5. Missing a copy'of all deed restrictions, covenants to be recorded if any. <br />6. Parking - 319 spaces required - data on plan states 356 provided- I count 375 <br />spaces? <br />10, Landscaping along 60' buffer not adequate nor appropriate for screening - <br />2 to 3 foot berm should be installed (no~fina1 grades provided). <br />11. Preliminary Engineering comments will be presented at the meeting. <br />12. More information needed on exterior wall treatment decorative block required <br />on north and west side of Building A and east side of Building C. <br />13. Grading and drainage plans not provided. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />A. PUD - 2 <br />Staff recommends that the Board recommend approval of PUD - 2 by <br />waiving the reading and adopting the attached resolution with <br />conditions. <br /> <br />B. VN-2l6 <br />Staff recommends that the Board recommend approval of VN-216 by <br />waiving the reading and adopting the attached resolution. <br />
