The required concrete curbing is <br />depicted on the site plan. <br /> <br />The applicant's proposal addresses all but three of the nine exist~ <br />ing type,TV non-conformitives. To better meet the intentions of <br />Section ~'-60 Non-eonforming Uses of the Zoning eode the applicant <br />should do the following; <br /> <br />1) Place redwood slats'in the existing chain link fence <br />to provide some screening of the trucks that are <br />being stored on the site. Because of the weight <br />and location of the trucks the existing fence <br />with the slats will not totally screen the vehicles <br />from 3rd Street NW. However, staff notes that 3rd <br />Street NW is platted at only 30 feet in width and <br />is not an improved city street at this time. <br />
