Building <br />details for this structure are not known at this <br />time as a tenant has not been selected. However, <br />195 parking spaces will be provided to serve this <br />facility. <br /> <br />The proposed site plan for this development is <br />indicated in Figure 2 along with the various com- <br />ponents of Phase I and II construction. <br /> <br />The costs of the development will be approximately <br />$1,212,000. This figure includes the costs of <br />site preparation (clearing, draining, grading), <br />building construction, parking lot and buffer zone <br />construction and landscaping. A cost breakdown is <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Phase I <br />Phase II <br /> <br />$ 260,000 <br />952,000 <br /> <br />Total <br /> <br />$1,212,000 <br /> <br />It is anticipated that standard techniques of <br />excavation and filling will be used during the con- <br />struction of the project.
