That ~r. John Ordway, property owner, petitioned the <br />vacation of the subject utility easement on December <br />1982; <br />2. That the City Council, pursuant to published and nail <br />notices held a public hearing on December <br />persons present at the hearing were given <br />to be heard; <br />3. That the subject utility easement is located on <br />owned by Mr. John Ordway; <br />2. That there are no utilities within the utility easement; <br />3. That the City Council has approved the development permit <br />for LP-133. Stony Lake Office Park; <br />4. That said aporoved development will not use the s~bject. <br />utility easement; and <br />5.
