The masanary building and <br />assaciated structures have been vacated while the two metal buildings are presently <br />accupied by a caup1e af tenants. The deve1aper has an aptian agreement with the praperty <br />awner to. purchase the praperty and this purchase agreement is transferrable to. the City. <br />City staff has been negotiating with the develaper regarding a develapment agreement <br />whereby the City wauld acquire the site, relacate the existing tenants and sell the site <br />back to. the develaper for the canstructian and campletian af three affice warehause <br />type buildings far the sizes as prapased abave. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />To. apprave LP-14l, Phase 1 subject to. the following canditians: <br /> <br />1. Canfarmance with site, landscaping and building plans as submitted and <br />signed by the applicant. <br />2. Approval af the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />3.
