<br />" <br />.. 8. <br /> 9. <br /> 10. <br /> ll. <br /> 12. <br /> 1 3. <br /> <br />-2 - <br /> <br />That the total emissions from the plant operation <br />would exceed that standard contained in Section 6-390(f). <br />That the City received a petition from the New Brighton <br />Senior Citizen's C1uD expressing their opposition to <br />SP-131 because of the potential environmental problems. <br />That the City received a letter from the adjacent City <br />of Arden Hills indicating their opposition because of <br />potential environmental problems. <br />That the plant location and resulting traffic would <br />have a negative impact on the area of Long Lake Regional <br />Park. <br />That no one at the public hearing other than the applicant <br />provided testimony or evidence tn support of the request. <br />That in light of the above and all testimony and <br />materials receiyed, the re~uest is inconsistent with <br />Section 8-110 of the New Brighton Zoning Code in that the <br />use has not been s^hown to be "essential or desirable to <br />the public convenience and welfare". <br />14. That in light of the above and all testimony and materials <br />received the request is inconsistent with those standards <br />necessary to be found under Section 8-130 of the New <br />Brighton Zoning Code. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appli~ation for SP-131 is and <br />hereby recommended for denial. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 17th day of December, 1985 <br /> <br />Roger S.
