The purpose of this letter is to bring to your attention <br />those site improvements which ,still need to be installed. <br /> <br />1. A driveway needs to be provided from 14th Street NW to the off- <br />street parking area in front of the building. Concrete curbing <br />must also be provided along this drive area. <br /> <br />2. Concrete curbing must be provided along the driveway serving your <br />dock area. The most southerly edge of the rear bituminous surface <br />must also be curbed. <br /> <br />3. ~ The dumpster presently located in the street sideyardsetback must <br />be relocated to an area behind the building. The dumpster must <br />. also be kept in an enclosing structure concealing it from public <br />view. <br /> <br />4. Sod, seed, and plantings must be provided per the approved <br />landscaping plan. <br /> <br />I will be re-inspecting your site on May 4, 1987, to again determine <br />compliance with the approved site plan.
