The City does, <br />however, need a 60 foot radius right-of-way for the future <br />cul-de-sac. I have enclosed a sketch showing this cul-de- <br />sac right-of-way as we agreed. <br /> <br />By copy of this letter, I am asking Comstock and Davis to <br />change the survey in accordance with my sketch so we can <br />submit a final survey to The City.
