Permit application dated May 9,1986.

2. Site Grading and Drainage Plan for Printing Enterprises, Inc. prepared by
Gary Comstock, Comstock and Davis, Inc., 1 ast rev ised June 2, 1986.

3. Drainage and runoff calculations prepared by Gary Comstock, Comstock and
Davis, Inc., dated May 27 and June 2, 1986 respectively.

We have reviewed these exhibits and found them to be in compliance with the
rules of the District. Therefore, the permit application is approved
administratively subject to ratification by the Board of Managers at their
June 25, 1986 meeting. Also, please be advised the District has become
increasingly concerned about construction soil erosion and the impact of soil
erosion on downstream drainageways and water bodies. Failure to implement and
maintain allan-site sediment-erosion control measures necessary to prevent
sediment transport from the site may result in revocation of your permit.
