The impact of any non-conformities upon adjacent premises is reduced <br />to the greatest practical extent; <br />3. The extent of any non-conformity is reduced where practical. <br /> <br />A statement of how the applicant will comply with the standards should <br />be attached. <br /> <br /> <br />C.
