Unique Circumstances <br />B. Statement of Reason For Variance <br />C. An abstractors certificate showing all property owners within 350 feet of <br />subject property. <br />D. Processing Fee - $50.00 for R-1 and R-2 zoned property; $100.00 for other. <br /> <br />NON-CONFORMING USE PERMIT <br /> <br />A. Existing Type IV Non-Conformities. <br />B. No non-conforming use permit shall be granted unless one or more of the <br />following conditions are met: <br /> <br />1. The total number of non-conformities is reduces; <br />2. The impact of any non-conformities upon adjacent premises is reduced <br />to the greatest practical extent; <br />3. The extent of any non-conformity is reduced where practical. <br /> <br />~ A statement of how the applicant will comply with the standards should <br />be attached. <br /> <br />C.
