According to the applicant, Taco John's has experienced some <br />delays in finalizing the acquisition of the site. <br /> <br />PAST ACTION <br /> <br />On November 25, 1986, the City Council approved LP-203 with the <br />conditions listed below. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Motion to APPROVE A 6 MONTH EXTENSION OF THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR <br />LP-203 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. That all grading and drainage be subject to the approval of <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />2. That all curbing be poured in place concrete curbing. <br /> <br />3. Conformance with the site and landscape plan as signed and <br />dated by the applicant and City Planner. <br /> <br />4.
