Permit approval from the Rice Creek Watershed District is required for --- this project. ~ No permit is required from the Rice Creek Watershed District for this project. Based on our review of the information submitted, none of the conditions outlined in the Rice Creek Watershed District Permit Information Guideline last revised January 1, 1984 appear to be present for the proposed project. Please refer to the enclosed copy of the Rice Creek Watershed District Permit Information Brochure under the section for and furnish the information requested in that section. It will be necessary for the applicant to determine a lOO-year flood elevation for areas affecting this site. The District will require that the stormwater runoff rate from the developed site does not exceed the runoff rate from the site at its . undeveloped condition for both a I-year and lOO-year return frequency rainfall event. In addition, treatment in the form of skimming of oils and floa-table materials must be provided for all rainfall events up to and including a I-year event. Any necessary stormwater storage must be provided above the established 'floodplain elevation for the site. The plan must also include identification of the emergency overflow route for the ponding area and its corresponding elevation. Any filling or alteration of a Type III, IV or V wetland must be in conformance with and include supporting calculations as outlined in the Rice Creek Watershed Distri8~A~8~~~ABE~gervation Guidelines.
