Mr. John Murlowski
Page Two
December 26, 1986

We have reviewed these exhibits and found them to be in compliance with ..the
rules of the District. Therefore, the permit application is approved
administratively subject to ratification by the Board of Managers at their
January 28, 1986 meeting. Also, please be advised that the District has
become increasingly concerned about construction site soil erosion and the
impact of soil erosion on downstream drainageways and water bodies. Failure
to implement and maintain the sediment-erosion control and cover establishment
measures outlined in the permit exhibits may result in forfeiture of your cash
surety. If such measures are satisfactorily provided, the cash surety will be
returned with interest after permanent vegetative cover has been re-
established. Please notify the District Office in writing when permanent
vegetative cover has been re-established and final inspection will be made.
If you have any questions, please contact us at 473-4224.

Very truly yours,

EUGENE A.
