That a 20 foot variance be approved from section 6-060(c) of thE <br />zoning code allowing an office/warehouse building and accessory <br />off-street parking areas to be located 40 feet from an R-3A, <br />multi-family resi'dential :;,oundary line. <br /> <br />2. Conformance with site, building, and landscape plans as signed <br />and dated by the applicant and City Planner <br /> <br />3.
