Traffic Safety: Suggest stop signs from parking lot to 14th
Street NW.

2. On-Street Parking: When there is a school event in the evening,
on-street parking is common. The proposed
additional stalls would reduce the parking
problem.

3. The proposed parking area would
serve to reduce the number of vehicles parked in Freedom Park's lot and
on 14th Street NW. The type IV non-conformities would be reduced with
the provision of concrete curbing around all existing parking areas.
