The following items were <br />noted: <br /> <br />1. The Architect has included, by addendum, the trash enclosure and the <br />concrete curbing requested by the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />2. The entrance drive location to Freedom Park and the school site has been <br />discussed. No resolution of the location or agreement of a combined drive <br />has been achieved. <br /> <br />3. The Council Members present voted approval of the special use permit, <br />nonconforming use permit and the site plan. <br /> <br />4.
