Also enclosed are requested <br />prints for your review and use, <br /> <br />The variance requested relates to the line of parking adjacent to the Old <br />Highway 8 right-of-way. Due to the irregular shape of the property, which <br />includes curved right-of-way lines on both Old Highway 8 and Walburn Court, <br />and the need to maximize parking for the facility, a variance in the parking <br />set-back is needed for approximately 90 feet of parking. <br /> <br />Along that section the set-back will vary from the required 40 feet to a <br />minimum of approximately 30 feet.Southly of the subject area, the set-back <br />increases to approximately 48 feet and in virtually all other areas, the <br />set-back to parking and building along the street rights-of-way exceeds the <br />minimum of 40 feet.
