<br />At their meeting on February 18, 1988 ., the Board of Managers of the Rice Creek Watershed
<br />District reviewed your permit application and the recx:t1l1Taldation of the District Engineer
<br />based upon the.;tollowing exhibits:

<br />2. Drainage Calculations for Strick Leasing property, prepared by Suburban Engineering, Iue. ,
<br />received January IS, 1988. .
<br />3. Topographic Survey, prepared by DeMars-Gabriel Land Surveyors, Iue., dated January 20, 1988.
<br />4. Site Plan by Fisher Engineering, Inc., dated Noverrber 5, 1987, and received January 15, 1988.

<br />They found>the project as planned to be in accordance with the Rules & Regulations and Guide-
<br />lines of the District and therefore approved the permit as requested, with the following ad-
<br />ditional stipulations:

<br />require a Rice Creek Watershed District Pennit.

<br />It is the resp:>nsibility of the Pe:tmittee to provide all rreasures necessary to IX>sitively
<br />oontc;lin sed.i.Irent on the site during oonstrlx::tion. This. may require the use of erosion
<br />oontrol rreasures ootoutlined on the erosion oontrol plan. If this requi.renent is rot net,
<br />the permittee may.be ordered to provide additional erosion oontrol treasures. if deared neces-
<br />saxy by the District Illspec..."'i:Or. It is also b'1e responsibilit:y of the Pl.-operty o\o.'iler to pro-
<br />vide whiitever maintenance. is necessary to assure that the stoJ:llWater managa:rent systems ap-
<br />proved as part of this permit will oontinue to function as originally designed.

<br />A followupinspection will be oonducted at the project site to assure cx:>1lPliance with all
<br />agreements, temB and/or stipulations to this Penm.t. Failure to catply with the fore<.;ping
<br />may result in rescission of the Pennit, and is in violation of Chapter 112.89 MSA, a mis-
<br />demaaror.

<br />'!his d:>clJnent is oot transferable, and is valid for one (1) year after the date of issuance.
<br />N:> oonstrootion is authorized beyond expiration date. If Penni ttee requires nore ~. to
<br />oooplete oonstruction, a renewal of the pennit will be necessa:ty.

<br />the 1IlOrk in progress. Permittee has paid for 2 inspecUons: one at project cxmrenoemant and
<br />one at ooopletion. Any additional inspection requested or required will be billed at $15/visit.
<br />By acceptance of this penni. t, the penni.ttee has oonsented to the foreg:>ing. The enclosed OWner's
<br />Certification must be fo:rwarded within ten days of project oonpletion.
