Location: <br /> <br />The old Herbst Land-Fill site, generally west of <br />Old Highway 8 and south of Mustang Drive. <br /> <br />2. Size: <br /> <br />14 acres or 609,840 square feet <br /> <br />3. Soils: <br /> <br />Poor; the soil borings from that portion of the <br />subject site proposed for development revealed . <br />adequate soil, however, the remainder of the site <br />contains fill of an unknown substance. <br /> <br />4. Topography: Relatively flat; west end of site slopes toward <br />Rice Creek. <br /> <br />5. Vegetation: Weed overgrowth <br /> <br />6. Sensitive Areas: <br /> <br />Rice Creek is located immediately west of <br />the subject site. <br /> <br />SITE HISTORY <br /> <br />1. Past Uses: <br /> <br />Herbst Landfill site <br /> <br />2.
