THE EXTENSION AND PAVING OF THE 30 FOOT WIDE PUBLIC ROW FROM WHERE <br />THE PAVING ENDS ON THE TECHNETICS SITE (ON THE EAST) TO THE MOST <br />WESTERLY DRIVE . PROPOSED ON- THE SUBJECT SITE. <br />2. PROVISION OF CONTINUOUS POURED-IN-PLACE CONCRETE CURBING AROUND <br />ALL PARKING AND DRIVE AREAS ADJACENT TO THE 30 FOOT WIDE, PUBLIC <br />ROW SHOULD THE PAVED PORTION OF THE 30 FOOT WIDE PUBLIC ROW BE <br />EXTENDED FURTHER TO THE WEST TO SERVE ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT. <br />3. THE PROVISION OF AN OPAQUE SCREENING FENCE 6 FEET HIGH ALONG THE <br />NORTH AND WEST EDGE OF THE PROPOSED STORAGE AREA SHOULD THE PAVED <br />PORTION OF THE 30 FOOT WIDE PUBLIC ROW BE EXTENDED FURTHER TO THE <br />WEST TO SERVE ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT. <br />~ THE APPROVAL OF A PERMIT BY THE RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT. <br />..75. SUBMITTAL OF PLANS AND SPEC ~ THE MPCA FOR REVIEW AND COMMENT. <br />APPROVAL OF GRADING AND DRAINAGE PLANS BY THE CITY ENGINEER. <br />PROVISION OF. A PERFORMANCE BOND IN THE AMOUNT EQUAL TO 100 PERCENT <br />OF THE SITE AND LANDSCAPING' IMPROVEMENTS, EXCLUDING THE PROPOSED <br />BUILDING. <br />8. REMOVAL OF EXISTING SECURITY GATE ACROSS THE 30 FOOT PUBLIC ROW AT <br />ENTRANCE TO SUBJECT SITE UPON FURTHER EXTENSION OF PAVED PORTION <br />OF SAID ROW. PROVISION OF BREAK-AWAY LOCK AND CHAIN ON SAID GATE <br />AND ISSUANCE OF KEYS TO CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT. <br />9.
