<br /> <br />RF'R 18 <br /> <br />P.02 <br /> <br />). <br /> <br />.. <br />'q.. -' <br /> <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br /> <br />August 20t 1987 <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Boerner <br />Boerner Building Systems <br />200 Plato Avenue West <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55107 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Boerner: <br /> <br />This letter is written in response to the questions which were discussed with <br />you during a phone conversation on August 7. 1987. <br /> <br />With regard to the closure certification of the Herbst Demolition Site <br />by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), I have enclosed a copy of an <br />inspection ,follow-up letter dated July 5, 1983. The letter states that the <br />P~rm'ittee has met ttle physical requirements of closure. <br /> <br />The Permits Unft of the Solid Waste Section reviewed the site plans for the <br />b'uil ding to be constucted by Boerner Buil ding Systems (BBS). The gravel parking <br />lot may be constructed according to the plans, The thickness ana integrity of <br />the tover material must be preserved when removing the vegetation from the <br />parking lot area. . <br /> <br />The MPCA recognizes that you have altered your site design to preserve the <br />monftoring wells 10cated on the southeast corner of the site. In addition, <br />monitoring wells must not be disturbed during construction.
