On February 19,' 1985, the Planning Commission recommended approval <br />of the Water Ridge Plaza development (LP-160, PRD-40, and PL-138) <br />for the subject site. <br /> <br />3. On April 23, 1985, the City Council approved the rezoning (R-126) <br />of the subject site from R-1 to R-3B. On November 6, 1984, the <br />City Council approved an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan <br />changing the proposed land use designation for the subject site <br />from Single Family Residential to Multiple Family Residential. <br /> <br />4. On March 26, 1985, the City Council approved the Water Ridge Plaza <br />development (LP-160, PRD-40, PL-138), which proposed a 26 unit <br />apartment building and 2 duplexes for the subject site. <br /> <br />5. On May 19,~ 1987, the Planning Commission recommended preliminary <br />approval to PRD-48 and PL-158. <br /> <br />6. On May 26, 1987, the City Council granted preliminary approval to <br />PRD-48 and PL-158. <br /> <br />7.
