Undue Hardship Created by Property <br />2. Circumstances Unique to Individual Property <br />B. statement of Reason for Variance <br />C. An Abstractor's Certificate showing all property owners within 350 feet of <br />subject property. <br />D, Current Certificate of Survey (conducted within the last 6 months) indicating <br />existing structure location and setbacks, and any proposed new structures and <br />setbacks, <br />E. Processing Fee - $50.00 for R-1 and R-2 zoned property; $100.00 for other. <br /> <br />NON-CONFORMING USE PERMIT <br />A. Existing Type IV Non-Conformities. <br />B. No non-conforming use permit shall be granted unless one or more of the following ~ <br />conditions are met: <br />1. The total number of non-conformities is reduced; <br />2. The impact of any non-conformities upon adjacent premises is reduced to the <br />greatest practical extent; <br />3.
