<br />:! <br /> <br />:,".,,' , <br /> <br />'''. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 84-141 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />; RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING NC-66 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for a non-conforming use permit has <br />been made by Clinch-on-Corners; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That an application for a non-conforming use permit was <br />filed with the City on August 31, 1984. <br />2. That the Planning Commission, pursuant to published and <br />mailed notices, held a public hearing on September 18, <br />1984, all person's present at the hearing were given an <br />opportunity to be heard. <br />3. That the request was considered by the City Council on <br />September 25, 1984 and the staff analysis and Planning <br />Commission minutes and recommendation were considered. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the <br />,following Findings of Fact are made in respect to NC-66: <br /> <br />1. That there exists only one Type IV non-conformity on <br />the site. <br />2. That it would be a hardship to require a 15 foot side <br />yard setback. <br />3.
