The . <br />Planning Commission forwarded no recommendation to the City Council <br />due to a split vote of 3-3. <br /> <br />(Cont'd Page 2) <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Motion to WAIVE THE READING AND ADOPT THE ATTACHED RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />NC-83. <br /> <br />Motion to APPROVE LP-221 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS : <br /> <br />1. PROVISION OF A PARAPET WALL ALONG THE SOUTHSIDE OF THE PROPOSED <br />ADDITION TO BE CONSTRUCTED OF 1 HOUR FIRE RESISTANT MATERIAL. <br />2. PROVISION OF A BUILDING SPRINKLER SYSTEM FOR THE EXISTING AND <br />PROPOSED STRUCTURE. <br />3.
