It too must be setback 10 feet from <br />the street right of way. <br /> <br />Third, the "Taco John" figure on the east wall of. the building <br />requires a sign permit. <br /> <br />Finally, the' "Taco John's" sign mounted on the north side of <br />the roof is in violation of the City code since "roof signs" <br />are prohibited by section 9-040 of the City's sign ordinance. <br />Said sign must be removed.by May 15, 1988. You indicated the <br />subject sign would be relocated to the north wall of the <br />,building. Keep in mind, wall signs in the B-3 district cannot <br />exceed 40% of the signable area (that area free of windows and <br />doors) or 2'00 square feet, whichever is less.
