Businesses in New Brighton are allowed <br />to display a temporary sign for 30 days twice per calendar <br />year. A period of 90 days must elapse between the <br />installation of temporary signs. The temporary sign you are <br />presently displaying must be removed by April 15, 1988 and a <br />sign permit must be obtained. <br /> <br />Streamers are not permitted in the City of New Brighton.
