Processing Fee - $200.00 REVIEW PROCESS * 1. You are encouraged to submit preliminary plans of the proposed site improvements for staff review and input well in advance of the Planning Commission application deadline. This step would allow you the opportunity to correct any identified problem areas prior to preparing final drawings and copies. Submit application and materials by the listed Planning commission deadline. The Development Review Committee comprised of City Staff mernbers reviews the proposed site plan. A staff case report is prepared and submitted to the Planning Commission. The proposed site plan is reviewed by the Planning Commission at its regular meeting and a recommendation is forwarded to the City Counci~.
