LoV)/1(;j <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND &~~~~T~~ .~.~ <br />(LOCATED AT 841-845 8TH AVENUE NW). <br /> <br />VN-262 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for a variance has been made by Micom; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br /> <br />1. An application for a variance was filed with the City of New <br />Brighton on January 29, 1988. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, <br />held a public hearing on February 16, 1988, and all persons present <br />at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. . <br />'3.1\V ('11 CDvVI\~1 (evr~c:\ ~ Vovitll1(.(.. vCZqt,;t'Jf' vl'l' 262. WI R:.hJ'V41'') 23,\Q(?fl, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the PlinlM.~ ~n~i~ilien, makes the <br />following Findings of Fact in respect to VN-262: I~ 1oIMt! <br /> <br />1. The property is zoned I-I, Light Industrial. <br />2. The required front yard setback in an I-I district is 40 feet. <br />3. The existing building has a front yard setback of 30 feet in the <br />northwest corner and 35.6 feet in the southwest corner. <br />4. The applicant is requesting an 8 foot variance for the proposed <br />building addition along 8th Avenue NW. <br />5. There is an existing sanitary sewer line running across the property <br />which prohibits the proposed building addition from being shifted <br />further east and complying with the district front yard setback <br />requirement. <br />6. The proposed building addition will align with the existing building <br />on 8th Avenue NW. <br />7.
