HEAD'S APPROVAL: <br /> <br />Kevin Locke, Director of Community Development ~ <br /> <br />MANAGER'S REVIEW / RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />No comments to supplement this report <br /> <br />l7J~ <br /> <br />Comments below/attached <br /> <br /> <br />/111'~ <br />~ ~bw-r Jh-d <br />L/ <br /> <br /> <br />EXPLANATION/SUMMARY (attach supplemental sheets as necessary): <br />EXPLANATION <br /> <br />To consider a request for site plan review to construct an addition onto <br />the existing Becchetti Industrial Building. <br /> <br />FINDINGS <br /> <br />Section 8-010 Site Plan Review <br /> <br />PAST ACTION <br /> <br />On April 19, 1988 the Planning commission recommended approval of <br />LP-127. <br /> <br />On April 24, 1984 the City Council approved a site plan LP-157 for <br />the existing Becchetti Industrial Building and approved the vacation <br />of that portion of 8th Avenue right-of-way between Bell Lumber and <br />Pole and the subject site. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Motion to APPROVE LP-227 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. PROVISION OF A DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE. <br /> <br />2. SPRINKLE ENTIRE BUILDING PER APPENDIX E. <br /> <br />3. PROVISION OF A PERFORMANCE BOND IN THE AMOUNT EQUAL TO 100% OF <br />ALL SITE IMPROVEMENTS EXCLUDING THE PROPOSED BUILDING ADDITION. <br /> <br /> <br />EM/pb <br /> <br />
