Proposed Use: The applicant wishes to construct a 2,400 <br />square foot addition to house heavy metal collection tanks as <br />required by the MWCC. When the tanks become full, they would <br />be removed and transported to the Metropolitan Reco~ery Center <br />in Roseville where clean tanks would be picked up and brought <br />back to the Wolkerstorfer facility. The metals collected <br />would consist of plating metals such as Cadmium, Nickel, and <br />Chrome. <br /> <br />2. Density/FAR: <br /> <br />Proposed: 25% <br />Allowed: 40% <br /> <br />3.
