Permit Application dated April 6, 1988. <br />2. Site Plan, prepared by Eldon l-brrison Architects, Inc., dated October 1, 1984, <br />last revised April 6, 1988. <br />3. R<lVDPenni.t No. 84-115. <br /> <br />They found the project as planned to be in acoordance with the Rules & Regulations and Guide- <br />lines of the District and therefore approved the pennit as requested; with the following ad- <br />o ditional stipulations: No additional stipulations. <br /> <br />It is the resp:>nsibility of the Penni.ttee to provide all measures necessary to p:>sitively <br />contain sedi.n'ent on the site during constnx:tion. This nay require the use of erosion <br />control measures oot outlined on the erosion control plan. If this requirenent is oot net, <br />the pemittee nay be ordered to provide additional erosion control neasures if deared neces- <br />saxy by 'the District Inspect:br. It is also the responsibility of the property owner to pro- <br />vide whatever naintenanoe is necessary to assure that the stomwater mmaganent systems ap- <br />proved as part of 'this pennit will continue to function as originally dE$lgned. <br /> <br />A followup inspection will be conducted at the project site to assure oonpliance with all <br />agreenents, tezms and/or stipulations to this Pennit. Failure to oonply with the fore<ping <br />inay result in rescission of the Pennit, and is in violation of Chapter 112.89 MSA, a mis- <br />demeaoor. <br /> <br />'lt1i.s d:>c\Jnent is oot transferable, and is valid for one (1) year after the date of issuance. <br />N::> oonstrootion is authorized beyond expiration date.
